6. Tickets for children under six years old will only be issued to visitors upon arrival at the Expo site entrance, and cannot be booked online

7. Kids and youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (with a valid ID) to enter the Expo site

8. Expo 2020 Dubai reserves the right to modify ticket benefits without prior notice

9. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after first use

10. For security purposes, when using the ticket for the first time, an image capture identification method will record the ticket holder’s identity at the Expo gate

[COVID-19 safety measures ]

We want to make sure that your visit is enjoyable and safe. To ensure this, we have implemented a number of precautionary measures across the site.

Before coming to Expo

Please do not visit Expo 2020 if you are suffering from any health symptoms associated with COVID-19, if you have been in close contact with an individual confirmed as COVID-19 positive, or are under any quarantine/self-quarantine orders.

Entry requirements

Visitors ages 18 and above must present proof of any vaccine recognised by their national government or a negative PCR test taken within the previous 72 hours.

Testing

Non-vaccinated ticket-holders who have not been tested within this period can use the testing facility adjacent to the Expo 2020 site. It takes around four hours to get the results. The PCR test will be free of charge on presentation of any valid Expo 2020 ticket.

On-site measures

1. Visitors are required to wear face masks at all times.

2. Social-distancing regulations of at least two metres between people.

3. All venues and common areas are regularly cleaned and sanitised.

4. Hand-sanitiser stations are positioned at regular intervals throughout the site.

5. Appropriate facilities and specialist staff are available to manage any potential medical issues on site.

Across the entire site you’ll find:

1. An abundance of hand-sanitising stations and washrooms

2. Markings on the ground indicating the appropriate distance to keep, whether you are queuing, viewing exhibits and performances or enjoying our parks and recreational areas

3. Dining areas with tables adequately distanced from one another and with the appropriate seating capacity

4. Expo staff members who can assist you with your questions and guide you on our safety practices

5. Medical clinics and facilities, in case you feel unwell
